Refund & Returns Policy

All Hans Greens products are fresh, perishable, and harvested to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Freshness Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every delivery. If your microgreens arrive in poor condition, or fail to stay fresh for the expected shelf life when stored correctly, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right with a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Fresh microgreens should be vibrant and upright with no odor beyond a clean, mild earthiness. A quality issue exists if any of the following are present upon delivery or develop within the expected shelf life under correct storage:

  • Wilting or collapse of the stems and leaves beyond normal settling during transit
  • Sliminess or wet texture on the leaves or stems
  • An off, sour, or fermented smell

These are signs of a genuine freshness failure and will be honored under our guarantee. Normal variation in color intensity, minor settling during transit, or slight wilting that recovers after a few minutes out of the box does not constitute a quality issue.

To be eligible, your microgreens must have been stored according to our storage guidelines, available at hansgreens.com/pages/storage-guide. Claims made after 24 hours of delivery or without following storage guidelines cannot be honored.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Subscription Cancellations

Membership and Build Your Own Box subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account portal. Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before your next scheduled order date to take effect for that cycle. Cancellations submitted within 7 days of the next order date will take effect the following cycle.

To cancel, log into your account at hansgreens.com and manage your subscription through the portal. You can also email info@hansgreens.com and we will handle it for you.
